Data You Give Us Directly
Information entered into a search form, such as a name, telephone number, or address, is sent to the third-party provider that powers the result. San Jacinto Residents Directory does not keep a copy of those searches on its own servers. If you contact us, we receive the contents of the message and use them to answer it.
Data Gathered Automatically
Hosting services ordinarily record an IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps. We review aggregate information to maintain the service and understand which reference pages are useful. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics and, where used, advertising measurement.
How the Data Is Used
Limited data is used to operate the reference, diagnose technical faults, measure traffic, and improve content. We do not sell visitor lists or create individual profiles from ordinary site use.
Links to Other Services
Pages link to Riverside County, California state, court, library, archive, and third-party search resources. Once a reader leaves San Jacinto Residents Directory, the destination’s privacy policy controls what is submitted there. The same applies to sponsored search results supplied by a third party.
Who Can Receive Data
Hosting and technical service providers may process ordinary server logs. Analytics or advertising partners may receive the automatic information described above. Information may also be disclosed when a valid legal process requires it; otherwise, it is not shared as a visitor list.
Security Practices
The service uses an encrypted connection, and logs are retained only for the purposes described in this policy. There are no user accounts here, so this service does not maintain a visitor password or personal profile that could be exposed.
Users Under 18
This reference is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from someone under 18. If a minor appears to have sent information to us, contact us and we will remove the information we can locate.
Your California Privacy Rights
California’s Consumer Privacy Act, Civil Code section 1798.100 and following, provides covered consumers with rights to know, delete, correct, limit certain sensitive-information use, and opt out of sale or sharing, subject to statutory exemptions. The Delete Act, Senate Bill 362, created the CalPrivacy DROP platform for deletion requests sent to registered data brokers. Those business-data rights do not delete deeds, court records, vital records, or other government records held by San Jacinto, Riverside County, or California custodians.
Because this reference keeps very little, a request usually involves checking the contact mailbox and relevant server logs, then removing information that is found and can lawfully be removed. Use the Contact page to ask. Requests about a public record belong with the originating custodian. California public-record access is governed by the California Public Records Act, Government Code sections 7920.000 and following, not by a request to this private reference.
